The micro-flex formula provides pure colours that are smoother to apply and last longer without fading, transferring or feathering while the ultra-conditioning balm prevents crumbling and caking and adds an extra lustre to your lips. Direction: Apply the liquid colour to clean, bare lips. Allow a full two minutes to dry, and then apply ultra-conditioning balm to seal in softness. Reapply balm as needed. Remove with an oil-based makeup remover.
